We Ship Your Tree to Arrive in 3-5 Days

All of our products are shipped via UPS and USPS. Priority Mail is our default method and takes 2-3 days. We do everything possible to ensure your tree arrives quick and healthy! To prevent trees from being held over the weekend, we ship on Monday through Thursday.

Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery is available on all items. Simply send us an e-mail and we'll help you get your item as soon as possible!

Delay Shipping
We will hold your order and ship it at a later date; this is a good way to plan in advance for gift-giving! Simply send us an email! Allow 2-3 extra days for processing and shipping.

Packaging
A main customer concern is how we package our trees! There is no need to worry, all trees are specially packed using the latest techniques and guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition!

After repotting, protect bonsai from hot sun, wind and driving rain. When you see new growth you can safely place them in full sun.
